Moving

I've been moving to a new house over the past two weeks. The new place is right around the corner from the old place so the final stuff I was able to carry over on foot. Then yesterday I completed the task by getting a bed. Moving without access to a car proved to be quite difficult and I definitely wouldn't have been able to pull it off without tons of help from awesome friends.

The new place is amazing. I have a huge basement room to myself as well as the shared kitchen, living room, dining room, deck (with barbecue) and backyard. I share the house with two other guys who so far are awesome. I'm definitely going to have a party as soon as I get my stuff in order. Oh and I can get from my front door onto a subway car in less than 5 minutes.

On a completely unrelated topic, I met Kenny on Friday night. Yes, Kenny from the popular tv show "Kenny vs Spenny". My sister and I were at a restaurant on Yonge just south of Bloor and when we walked out he was just walking south talking on his phone. I was sort of paralysed at first and couldn't believe what I was seeing. My sister didn't notice him because she's never seen the show so she kept walking. I chased him down the street and yelled out "Hey Kenny!" We had a very brief conversation about the upcoming season, which begins airing in October. It was pretty exciting, however, not as exciting as meeting the love of my life, Rachel McAdams.
